Terme di Saturnia Natural Destination, one of Italy's most prestigious spa facilities and a temple of longevity for more than 3,000 years, has been honoured as one of Italy's 4 Best Golf Resorts at the Italian Golf Awards 2024. The award was received by Procolo Sabbatino, Golf Director at Terme di Saturnia Natural Destination, on Tuesday 12 March at the Golf Club Franciacorta.
It is a further important milestone 10 years after the prestigious GEO Environmental Certification in 2014, obtained thanks to the environmental commitment that Terme di Saturnia carries out in managing the golf course.

The Terme di Saturnia Golf Course, located in the heart of the suggestive Tuscan Maremma area in 120 hectares of nature around a thousand-year-old spring that is a source of health, is a true excellence for the Resort: designed by the famous architect Ronald Fream, the course covers a total of 6,316 metres on 70 hectares with 18 holes and has been designed and developed in such a way that its characteristics respect the regulations for the protection of nature and the surrounding area.
The course is ideal for players of all levels, who will be able to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the Terme di Saturnia facility from every corner of the course. In addition to the 18 holes, the Golf Resort includes a large driving range with 43 tees, of which 34 are uncovered and 9 covered with target greens, pitching greens, putting greens and practice bunkers that are carefully maintained.
