Leading luxury accommodation rental company Vacation Marbella’s continued success is set to grow even further this year following the acquisition of 12 new properties in the Andalucía region.

Established in 2015, the well-established business offers a range of stunning apartments that caters for golfers, families and groups of all sizes and ages, with an array of specially-tailored packages in the some of the most sought-after areas of the Costa del Sol.

The 12 additional accommodation options bring Vacation Marbella’s portfolio to 60 properties and 320 bedrooms – an increase of 20 per cent on 2017 – with three of the new apartments being €1million high-end penthouses.

Vacation Marbella is focusing more on the UK golf market in recent times, and with an average of 320 sunny days a year and more than 30 golf courses in the region and 15 alone in Marbella, the area is a paradise for those who love to hit the fairways.

The company, which is now an IAGTO member, has devised a range of golf stay-and-play packages that includes discounted green fees at the likes of highly respected local courses such as Los Naranjos Golf and Country Club and Rio Real.

Borja Rodriguez, joint owner of Vacation Marbella said: “We have enjoyed a very successful 2017 with increasing numbers of visitors, particularly from the UK, so naturally we have added to our rental options in order to keep pace with that growing demand.

“We have 60 properties now, but the plan is to expand that further with the aim of taking it up to 90 by the end of the year.
